While clearing leaves from a shoot, you are killed by Nyla! You proceed to complete tasks as a ghost. You're finished with your tasks but other crewmmates aren't, you roam the ship and notice Itch glitching out. You make a plan to communicate with Itch on the next crewmmate chat, for some reason your mind is flooded with words that start with V. In that instant, you see Nyla kill Itch... DEFEAT! S.T.O.P. is a self relfection mindfullness exercise, which helps to calm down, focus on breathing, and check in with your innner self. Since you guys are not adults, a lot of this responsibility, belongs to your parents and guardians. However there are little things you can do to look out, for yourselves and eachother.
